Sometimes I think that I might be slightly clairvoyant. Sometimes strange things happen. For example, I can pretty much, without fail, know when John is home from work. I don’t mean when he walks through the door, I mean when he’s off the elevator (which isn’t near our unit, so I can’t hear it) on our floor or even just somewhere in the building. The Daring Cooks is a monthly challenge offered through The Daring Kitchen (which also offers a Daring Bakers Challenge), anyone that’s interested can join (you don’t need a blog). The Daring Kitchen was created by Lisa of La Mia Cucina and Ivonne of Cream Puffs in Venice, you can read about their story here. I decided to join Daring Cooks to force myself to step outside the box and try new things. Boy did this month’s challenge ever make me do that!
